Defense Research and Development Organization i.e. DRDO has successfully flight tested the indigenous high-speed flying wing UAV, Autonomous Flying Wing Technology Demonstrator, from the Aeronautical Test Range located in Chitradurga, Karnataka. With this flight in tailless configuration, India has joined the list of countries which have mastered the control of flying wing configuration. A video of this has also been shared on news agency ANI, in which the UAV can be seen taking off and landing. Seeing this UAV flying, the picture of an American fighter plane suddenly comes to mind.

DRDO did wonders again

Actually, we are talking about America, the most powerful country in the world. The US Air Force has a fighter plane named Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit. Actually it is a bomber plane. Which looks like an alien ship. The look of the UAV which DRDO has tested in India also looks similar. The price of one B2 Spirit aircraft is $2.1 billion. It was first launched in the year 1989 and has been updated from time to time. Let us tell you that this aircraft is effective in making attack plans successful even from a height of 50 thousand feet.

Pralay missile was tested

Earlier, DRDO had successfully tested a surface-to-surface ballistic missile. This missile has been named Pralaya. Let us tell you that it has been developed by DRDO. The missile’s trajectory was analyzed using tracking equipment. The Pralay missile has a range of 350-500 km and is capable of carrying a payload of 500-1000 kg. Pralay missile has been developed for deployment on LAC and LOC. Defense officials say that China’s Dong Feng 12 and Russia’s Iskander missiles can be compared with India’s Pralay missile.
