News agency ANI, quoting sources, has said that in a case related to money laundering, ED has started raiding the premises of former cabinet minister and Congress leader Harak Singh Rawat and other people related to him from Wednesday morning. According to the information. These raids related to money laundering case are taking place at more than a dozen locations including Uttarakhand and Delhi-NCR. The ED team is raiding the residence of Harak Singh Rawat in Defense Colony, Dehradun. Along with this, ED has also started early morning raids in Delhi and Chandigarh.
Central agency ED has also taken action against those close to the former minister in the money laundering case and if sources are to be believed, ED has taken this action in the forest land scam case. Earlier in August 2023 also, the Vigilance Department had taken action against Harak Singh and now the ED has taken action against him in the forest land scam case.
