Farmer Protest LIVE Updates: Today is the second day of the farmers’ ‘Dilli Chalo’ march. The protesting farmers are standing with tractor trolley at Punjab-Haryana Shambhu border. The farmers remained at the border throughout the night. Tear gas shells were also released to disperse the farmers at night. Haryana Police says that farmers will not be given entry into the state under any circumstances. Meanwhile, concrete arrangements have been made to stop the farmers in Delhi-NCR. As Delhi Police prepares to stop protesting farmers from entering the national capital, a senior officer on Tuesday instructed security personnel that they “do not need to be defensive” if the agitators show aggression.
