Farmers Protest Bharat Bandh LIVE Updates: Today is the fourth day of the farmers’ ‘Dilli Chalo’ march. The five-hour meeting between farmer organizations and the central government remained inconclusive. Meanwhile, United Kisan Morcha has called for Bharat Bandh till 4 pm today. Many truckers and trade unions will also join the bandh. Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has appealed to the farmers not to go to the fields. He said that this is a new ideology of the movement. After the end of the meeting between the central government and farmer unions, farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal said that the movement will continue peacefully. We will not tamper with anything, nothing will be done from our side. We will appeal to the farmers also. They (government) have called a meeting, we will wait till then. If we don’t get any positive results on Sunday, we will move ahead.
