Former MLA shot dead
Tirap: A case of shooting of a former MLA has come to light near the India-Myanmar border. Yumsen Mate, former MLA of 56 Khonsa West constituency from Tirap, Arunachal Pradesh, was shot dead by unknown assailants in the forest near Raho village of Lazu circle on Saturday afternoon at around 2 pm. An FIR has been lodged at Laju police station. This information has been revealed by quoting Tirap District Police.
