Bengaluru: Karnataka Congress MP D.K. Suresh said on Saturday that senior BJP leader K.S. Eshwarappa can fulfill his dream by shooting him. Suresh said, ‘Why do you (Eshwarappa) want to harass the poor by provoking them? Give me time, I will come myself and stand in front of you. What do you need from others? You can fulfill your dream by shooting me. Earlier, Eshwarappa had reportedly said that he would criticize Congress MP D.K. for his statement about a separate nation for South India. Want a law to shoot Suresh Ko.

‘Everyone knows BJP and its history’

Suresh said that everyone knows BJP and its history. He said, ‘The credit for the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi goes to BJP. When I raised my voice for the people of Kannada and Karnataka, there are reports that people are being asked to shoot me. Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister and MP Suresh’s brother D.K. Shivakumar said that he does not want an apology from Eshwarappa. The Deputy Chief Minister said, ‘He also talked about our father in the Assembly. He is not in the assembly right now. Whoever ever tried to harass us, we resolved his case.

Case registered against Eshwarappa, notice sent

Shivakumar said that Suresh is not afraid of bullets. He said, ‘If they want to shoot them, let them do so. Does he know about the history of Kempegowda? We have our own history. Former Chief Minister B.S. Yediyurappa said that if an FIR is filed against Eshwarappa, he will face it. He said that it is not right to file a case against Eshwarappa by misinterpreting his statements. Meanwhile, CM Siddaramaiah said that a case has been registered and legal action will be taken against Eshwarappa. According to reports, Karnataka Police has issued a notice against Eshwarappa on Saturday. (IANS)
