On November 3 last year, a total of six people, including Elvish, were booked at Sector-49 police station under sections 120B (criminal conspiracy), 284 (negligent conduct related to poisoning) and 289 (killing animals) of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, Indian Penal Code (IPC). A case was registered under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code. Five other accused were arrested, but are currently out on bail.
