Varanasi: After the controversy started regarding Gyanvapi complex, its survey was conducted. The survey work has also been completed. Now the ASI team will present its survey before the court. For this, time has been given for 11th December. Supreme Court lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain has given a big statement regarding the ASI survey. He has said that ASI will present its report before the court tomorrow, this report will prove to be a milestone. He also said that tomorrow is a very important day. ASI’s report will be 10 times ahead of our report. Regarding the Waqf Board, he said that Waqf has so much land that a Pakistan and Bangladesh will emerge. He said that if voice is not raised against Waqf, then a day will come when every corner of the country will be declared Waqf.
Every person is connected to this case
Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain said that this matter is a case related to people’s faith, a case of the entire Sanatan Samaj. Every person is connected to this case. It is my duty as a lawyer to reach out to people and tell them what their case is, that is why I am touring. He said that after this report, Anjuman Intejamia Masjid Committee will be given time to object. When their objection is filed, their issues will be placed before the court, which means the entire process will take 3 to 4 months.

We will try our best to make preparations based on evidence and research, so that there is no further delay. Our important place should be given to the Sanatan Paksha. ASI has conducted a survey for 92 days, the report of which is to come tomorrow. We have full hope that tomorrow the Central Government team and ASI team will file their report in the court. This is going to be a very historic moment. A gag order has been imposed on me, due to which I cannot tell what has been found in the survey. Tomorrow’s ASI report will prove to be a milestone.
Will declare every corner of the country as Waqf
Regarding Waqf, he said that after Defense and Railways, Waqf is the biggest land owner in this country. This is Andhra Pradesh Court data for 2008. Now after 15 years, so much time has passed that if his wealth is assessed now, he will have the most wealth. He said that if he declares the property, then a portion equal to the land of Pakistan and Bangladesh will be revealed from the Waqf land. If voice is not raised against this Waqf, then a day will come when every corner of the country will be declared Waqf.
I am not BJP or pro-BJP
He said that I support the speech given by MP Harnath Yadav in Parliament. Waqf Act 1995 is such a black law which should be abolished. For this, all the people of the country should get organized. All MPs should support it and it should be discussed. I want the worse provisions given in Waqf to be discussed in the Parliament. Those who are secular should tell how this Waqf law can be implemented. End the great sin that the Congress government has committed. Whatever I say, I say it in favor of Sanatan. When I talk about freeing 40 thousand temples, abolishing the Places of Worship Act or Waqf, all these were not BJP’s issues. I am not a BJP or pro BJP. Whatever is important for this nation, whatever is important for Sanatan, I raise my voice.
