Harda accident victims took to the road, stopped CM Mohan Yadav’s convoy; Police helpless – India TV Hindi

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also inquired about the well being of the injured in Harda.

Harda: A fire broke out following an explosion in a firecracker factory in Harda city of Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday. 11 people died in the accident while 174 others were injured. The incident took place at Bairagarh on Magardha Road, on the outskirts of Harda city, about 150 km from state capital Bhopal. After the incident, the anger of the victims is venturing out on the administration and that is why they stopped the convoy of Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, who had come to inspect the incident site.

Police administration appeared helpless

The anger of the victims of the incident was so much that even the police administration appeared helpless in front of them. The angry family members blocked the Harda-Khandwa highway, causing a traffic jam of at least one kilometer long. Those who took to the streets not only included the families of those killed or injured, but also the common people as well as those whose houses or other properties were damaged due to the explosion. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has said that strictest action will be taken in this matter.

CM Mohan reached Harda Hospital

CM Yadav reached Harda hospital and inquired about the health of the injured. Yadav said in a post on ‘X’ that he also discussed with doctors about the treatment of the injured. He wrote, ‘Today reached the government hospital in Harda, took information about the health of the injured and discussed with the doctors about their treatment. Proper arrangements have been made for the treatment of the injured. I pray to Baba Mahakal for the speedy and complete recovery of all the injured.

CM also met the injured in Bhopal

Let us inform that Chief Minister Mohan Yadav had also gone to Hamidia Hospital in Bhopal on Tuesday to meet the injured persons. Yadav had said, ‘I have met the injured persons and the government is making all necessary arrangements for them. 11 people have died in this incident and the rescue operation is still going on. The state government announced financial assistance of Rs 4 lakh each to the families of each deceased and said it would bear the entire cost of treatment of the injured persons.
