New Delhi: Ramlala’s life is to be consecrated on January 22 in the newly constructed Ram temple in Ayodhya. Preparations for this program are being made across the country. However, some people are also opposing this program. Shankaracharya is also included in this. The most prominent name among those opposing the Pran Pratishtha program is Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand of Uttarakhand Jyotish Peeth.

‘This would be against religious texts’

Swami Avimukteshwarananda said on Sunday that he would not be able to attend the inauguration program as the construction of the temple is still incomplete. This would be against religious texts. He said the temple is the body of the Lord, the spire of the temple represents the eyes of the Lord and the ‘Kalash’ represents the head. Shankaracharya said, the flag on the temple is God’s hair.

He said that it is not right to consecrate a body without a head or eyes. This is against our scriptures. Therefore, I will not go there because if I go there people will say that the scriptures have been violated in front of you.” He said that I have raised the issue with the members of the Ayodhya Trust that after the complete construction of the temple, the Pran Pratistha will be done. Should go.

‘The entire program to be held in Ayodhya is political’

Earlier, Swami Avimukteshwaranand had said that the entire program to be held in Ayodhya is political. Because an attempt is being made to take electoral advantage by inaugurating a half-completed temple. Along with this, Avimukteshwaranand said that a new temple is not being built in Ayodhya, the already existing temple is being renovated.
