However, the Meteorological Department says that there may be light rain in Delhi and its surrounding areas on or after January 31. The Meteorological Department says that there may be light or moderate fog for the next few days, but there will not be too much fog.
Yellow alert issued in Uttarakhand
Talking about the hilly states of North India, an alert has been issued regarding snowfall here. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for fog in many plain areas of Uttarakhand, while a yellow alert has been issued for frost in the hilly areas. The Meteorological Department says that the weather will be clear today, but people may have to face problems due to fog in the plains. In such a situation, heavy rain or snowfall is expected at different places in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh between January 28 and January 31. Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has predicted light rain in many areas of Uttarakhand, Punjab, Chandigarh, Haryana and Western Uttar Pradesh. Due to cold, many trains are also running late.
