New Delhi: Days after the Congress fielded Shanti Dhariwal, a close aide of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, from the Kota North assembly seat in Rajasthan, senior leader Sachin Pilot had said that he ‘completely agrees’ with whatever decision the party has taken because It is not right to keep thinking about things that happened in the past. On the other hand, Gehlot also calmed down on Sachin Pilot as the elections approached. In such a situation, the question began to arise whether there has been a reconciliation between the two leaders. India TV took the pulse of the public on this question through its poll, on which shocking answers were received.
Most of the people did not accept the proposal of reconciliation
We had asked questions from the public regarding the tussle that had been going on for months between Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot and now the reconciliation. We asked, ‘Has Congress reconciled Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot just before Rajasthan voting?’ And given the option of ‘yes’, ‘no’ and ‘can’t say’. A total of 9692 people voted on this question, out of which 22 percent answered ‘yes’. At the same time, 68 percent people believed that there has been no reconciliation between the two leaders. There were also 10 percent people who thought it right to go with the option of ‘Can’t say’.

Rahul Gandhi had said, we are together

He was also accompanied by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Congress State President Govind Singh Dotasra, former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot.
