Ajay Srivastava has also purchased the 1730.0 square meter farm which was placed at number four in the auction list. It was sold for Rs 3.28 lakh. The reserve price of this farm was kept at Rs 1,56,270.

In 2001, Ajay Srivastava had also bid for some shops. A legal battle is going on in this regard. Srivastava may soon get Dawood’s ancestral home. The documents of that house may be in his name. They intend to start a Sanatan Vidyalaya in this house.
