Muslim organizations held a press conference in Delhi and raised questions on the court’s decision.

New Delhi: Muslim organizations organized a press conference in Delhi today in the Gyanvapi dispute case of Varanasi. AIMPLB President Saifullah Rahmani, Maulana Arshad Madani and Mahmood Madani were present in this press conference. In this meeting, members of Muslim organizations have raised questions on the court’s decision. In this press conference, Muslim organizations have raised questions on the court’s decision. Also said that this has shocked not only the 20 crore Muslims of the country but also the secular Hindus and Sikhs of the country.

Islam itself does not allow this

President of All India Muslim Personal Law Board, Saifullah Rahmani said on this occasion that the Gyanvapi case has given a big shock to 20 crore Muslims as well as secular people. He said that today everyone including Muslims, secular Hindus and Sikhs are sad. Everyone is shocked. It is said that Muslims demolished temples and built mosques, this is absolutely wrong. Islam itself does not allow this, the world’s first mosque was built by Mohammad Saheb after paying money to buy it. He said that according to the law of Islam, if people start offering Namaz on any land without permission, then it is not allowed.

Muslim organizations will go to Supreme Court

He further said that the decisions of the courts are disappointing. In the Gyanvapi case, the other party was not given a chance to present its views in the court. The idiots are feeling that it is not the case that there is a separate law for the majority in the courts. The same decision was taken in Ram temple also. A mosque was never built there by demolishing a temple. Our courts are also walking on such a path that people’s trust is broken. We regret that when people of all religions together gave martyrdom, now everyone is not being seen equal. We can save our country from conflicts by using the law of 1991. If this law is not implemented, there will be many disturbances. The Supreme Court in its decision also understood the importance of the 1991 law and strengthened it. We request our government that there should be only one standard of justice. He said that we will go to the Supreme Court against the decision of Allahabad High Court and will ask for time to meet the President.

Decision given on the basis of faith

Maulana Arshad Madani said that after independence, what kind of problems are the Muslims facing till now? The way various issues have been raised in the present times, it seems that such flexibility has developed in the courts which protect the law, which has increased the courage of those who want to capture religious places. We were upset with the separation of Babri Masjid in the 1991 law, but here other mosques are also being targeted despite the law. The Babri Masjid decision opened the way for these people, in whom the decision was given not according to law but on the basis of faith. The court is seeing that whatever the majority of the society wants is decided, the decision is not taken according to the law.

They are trying to snatch places of worship

Meanwhile, Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Vice President Malik Mohtasim said that at present the court, officials and leaders are working together. They are trying to snatch away places of worship. How long will Muslims be patient, a time will come when Muslims will not even accept their authority and if this happens then the country will be at a loss.

We are being treated like enemies

Mahmood Madani said that a big question mark has been raised over India’s judicial system. The way the judge gave a one-sided decision on his way out (just before retirement), he will be rewarded. If the higher courts are not ready to hear the matter due to technical reasons, then where will we go? He said that the matter should not escalate to such an extent that things get worse. It is everyone’s responsibility to take the country forward, we are being treated like enemies, we have been defamed in this way. It is everyone’s responsibility to maintain justice. The one whose stick should not be his buffalo because the stick changes hands.
