lok sabha election 2024

Lok Sabha Elections 2024: The politics of Maharashtra has become very interesting. The two local parties here have been divided into two parts. One part is included in NDA and the other part remains part of India Alliance. Workers of both the parties are standing at the crossroads. This party is none other than Shiv Sena and NCP. Amidst this crossroads, the election on Baramati seat of the state has become even more interesting. The current MP from here is Supriya Sule, who is Sharad Pawar’s daughter. At the same time, his own sister-in-law Sunetra Pawar can contest against him in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

This time there is a possibility of sister-in-law and sister-in-law coming face to face.

It is noteworthy that NCP has been divided into two pieces. One group is led by Ajit Pawar and the other is led by Sharad Pawar. So to speak, both are uncle and nephew, but the political war between the two has reached the seventh heaven. Both the parties are in no mood to give a walkover to anyone in the Lok Sabha elections and the result is that this time sister-in-law Supriya Sule and sister-in-law Sunetra Pawar can contest the Baramati seat face to face.

What was the result in 2019

If we talk about 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Supriya Sule from NCP was in the electoral fray. Kanchan Rahul Kool was in the election fray from Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Apart from this, Navnath Padalkar from Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi and Sanjay Shinde from Bahujan Mukti Party were candidates. If we look at the election results, Supriya Sule got a total of 686,714 votes. Whereas BJP candidate Kanchan Rahul Kool could get 5,30,940 votes and Navnath, who stood third, could get only 44,134 votes.

What were the results in 2014

Apart from this, if we look at the history of Lok Sabha elections held in 2014, during that time also only Sule had won the election from here. During this period Sule got 5,21,562 votes. Mahadev Jagannath of RSPS was at second position, who could get 4,51,843 votes. At the third position was AAP candidate Suresh Aabaji, who received only 26,396 votes.
