Prime Minister Narendra Modi met President Draupadi Murmu

Diwali 2023: Diwali is being celebrated with great pomp across the country. On this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar met President Draupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar along with his wife Dr. Sudesh Dhankhar met President Draupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Apart from this, Union Ministers Smriti Irani and Piyush Goyal also met the President.

Rashtrapati Bhavan has shared pictures of the meeting of these leaders on the social media platform ‘X’. Rashtrapati Bhavan wrote, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi met President Draupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan.” Earlier in the day, Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal and Union Women and Child Development Minister Smriti Zubin Irani had also met the President.

On the occasion of Diwali, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal reached the residence of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Sanjay Singh. Sanjay Singh has been arrested by ED in the Delhi liquor scam case. Sanjay Singh was arrested on 4 October. CM Kejriwal also reached the residence of Atishi, a minister in the AAP government. Earlier, Arvind Kejriwal had come to meet the family of former Deputy Chief Minister and AAP leader Manish Sisodia.

Kali Puja festival was celebrated with full joy, enthusiasm and enthusiasm in West Bengal today. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee participated in Kali Puja at her residence in Kolkata. On this occasion, devotees offered prayers in temples and a large number of devotees also reached puja pandals. Lakhs of devotees offered prayers at Dakshineswar, Kalighat, Thanthania, Tarapeeth and other famous Kali temples in the state.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar celebrated the festival of Diwali by lighting lamps at the CM residence. On this occasion, Nitish Kumar’s son was also present. Together they decorated the entire premises with lamps. Earlier, Nitish Kumar wished Diwali to the people of Bihar.

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar lit lamps at his residence on the occasion. Meanwhile, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha inaugurated Diwali celebrations at Mata Tripura Sundari Temple in Gomti, Udaipur.
