PM Modi reached tea garden in Assam, made this appeal to the people of the country – India TV Hindi

PM Modi reached the tea garden.

Guwahati: PM Modi is visiting the northeastern states today. In this sequence, early in the morning he rode an elephant in Kaziranga National Park in Assam. Along with this, he also shared pictures of other animals in Kaziranga National Park. After Kaziranga, PM Modi inaugurated Sela Tunnel in Arunachal Pradesh. PM inaugurated projects worth Rs 55,600 crore for several northeastern states. After this, PM Modi again reached Assam and inaugurated the statue of Lachit Borphukan. PM Modi also reached the tea garden.

After visiting the tea garden, PM Modi also took information about the tea garden there. Along with this, he also shared pictures on social media platform X. While sharing pictures of tea gardens on Instagram, PM Modi wrote that ‘Assam is known for its magnificent tea gardens and Assam tea has made its place in the whole world. I would like to commend the remarkable tea plantation community, which is working hard and enhancing the prestige of Assam across the world. I also urge tourists to visit these tea gardens during their visit to the state.

Lachit Borphukan statue inaugurated

Earlier, PM Modi on Saturday unveiled a 125-feet tall statue of Ahom commander Lachit Borphukan in Jorhat. The Prime Minister unveiled the ‘Statue of Valour’ at the Lachit Borphukan Maidam Development Project at Holongapar near Tok. Modi, who reached Jorhat from Arunachal Pradesh by helicopter, was wearing traditional dress and turban. He also performed a ritual of the Ahom community to unveil the statue. Chief Minister Himanta Vishwa Sharma also accompanied the Prime Minister in this program.
