New Delhi: After Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget in the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that this budget will give impetus to the development of the country. He said that this budget is very special for the youth, farmers, small industrialists and women of the country. He said that this historic budget will make the country developed by the year 2047. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that this budget may be interim but it is very important for the coming years.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the impact of this budget will be visible to the last person of the country. This budget will benefit farmers, youth, small and medium industries, businessmen and women. He said that our aim is to increase the income of farmers, which has been achieved in this budget. PM Modi said that today’s budget is an inclusive and innovative budget.
The target of making Lakhpati Didi Rs. 3 crores reached
PM Modi said that we set a big target, achieve it and then set an even bigger target for ourselves. We have built more than 4 crore houses for the poor in villages and cities and now we have set a target of building 2 crore more houses. We had set a target of creating 2 crore Lakhpati Didis, now we have increased it to 3 crore.
One crore people of middle class will get big relief- PM
PM Modi said that the new income tax scheme announced today will provide great relief to one crore people of the middle class. The previous governments had kept this huge sword hanging over the heads of the common man for decades. He said that in this budget a provision of Rs 1 lakh crore has been made for research innovation. Along with this, the government will take steps to work in the interest of startups.
