The construction work of Ram temple in Ayodhya city is being completed rapidly. Ayodhya is being decorated in a grand manner for the Pran Pratishtha program to be held on 22 January. Development work is being done for the city at a cost of thousands of crores of rupees. In this sequence, PM Modi is going to reach Ayodhya on Saturday. The PM will also inaugurate the redeveloped Ayodhya Dham Railway Junction and the newly constructed Maharishi Valmiki International Airport. When will the railway station be inaugurated?
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the redeveloped Ayodhya railway station at around 11.15 am on Saturday. This Ayodhya Dham Junction has been developed at a cost of more than Rs 240 crore. Along with this, PM Modi will also flag off two new Amrit Bharat trains and six new Vande Bharat trains. Apart from this, the PM will also dedicate to the nation three railway projects worth Rs 2300 crore to strengthen the rail infrastructure in the region.
When will the airport be inaugurated?
After inaugurating the railway station, PM Modi will inaugurate the newly constructed Maharishi Valmiki International Airport at 12.15 pm. The first phase of this airport has been developed at a cost of more than Rs 1450 crore. The airport terminal building has an area of 6500 square meters which will be ready to serve approximately 10 lakh passengers annually.
Gift worth more than Rs 15,700 crore
After the inauguration of the airport, PM Modi will participate in a public program at around 1 pm. PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of several development projects worth more than Rs 15,700 crore for entire Uttar Pradesh including Ayodhya here. These include projects worth about Rs 11,100 crore for the development of Ayodhya and its surrounding areas and projects worth about Rs 4600 crore related to other projects across Uttar Pradesh.

To increase access to Shri Ram Temple, the Prime Minister will inaugurate four newly redeveloped, wide and aesthetic roads in Ayodhya – ‘Rampath, Bhaktipath, Dharampath and Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Path’. Apart from this, PM Modi will inaugurate and inaugurate several projects that will strengthen the civic infrastructure and also strengthen the rich cultural heritage of Ayodhya and its surroundings and beautify public places.
