Rahul Gandhi surrounded the government

New Delhi: Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday alleged that the government has wasted the hard work of countless youth by canceling the process for permanent recruitment in the Army and Air Force during 2019-21 under the guise of ‘Agneepath’ scheme.

He met the youth who reached Delhi on foot from Champaran in Bihar and who are affected by the cancellation of the recruitment process. While sharing the picture of meeting these youth on ‘X’, Rahul Gandhi posted, “Under the guise of Agniveer Yojana (Agneepath) brought for temporary recruitment, the ‘permanent recruitment process’ of the Army and Air Force, which ran till 2019-21, has been cancelled. The government has wasted the hard work of countless hard-working and dreamy youth.”

We are together in the struggle of youth from streets to Parliament: Rahul

He said, “It is sad that the struggle of these youth who walked almost 1100 kilometers from Champaran, the ‘land of Satyagraha’ and came to Delhi to demand their rights, did not find space in any media camera.

Rahul Gandhi said, “The plight of these ambitious students, who live in small rooms and achieve big goals, may not find a place in the ‘prime time’ of mainstream media. But we are only ‘talking about employment’ about these people. We are with the youth in their struggle from the streets to the Parliament.” (input language)
