Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a befitting reply to the opposition parties in Parliament. He enumerated his work of 10 years and then announced that his government will be formed for the third time also. Modi said that he is confident that the people of the country will give more than 400 seats to NDA and at least 370 seats to BJP. Modi said that the condition of the opposition and the path they are following, it seems that they will reach the audience after the next elections. The motion of thanks for the President’s address was under discussion in Parliament. Modi answered every question. During the debate, MPs from opposition parties raised questions on the action of ED, CBI, accused them of targeting the opponents, raised the issue of inflation, talked about corruption, raised the issue of Ram Temple, accused them of promoting communalism, the country Accused of breaking the federal structure of India, called Modi a dictator.

The Prime Minister answered everything and gave the correct answer. Clearly said that neither ED’s action will stop nor the war against the corrupt will stop. Modi said that those who have looted the country will have to return the country’s wealth. Modi again spoke on familyism. Modi clearly explained what nepotism is, what kind of nepotism he attacks. For the first time, Modi responded to those who accused BJP of nepotism by taking the names of sons or family members of BJP leaders. Said that Rajnath Singh or Amit Shah are not symbols of dynastic politics, they do not run any party. The Prime Minister said that the grand Ram Temple is a symbol of India’s cultural heritage. In his third term, he will lay the foundation of a cultural and prosperous India for the next one thousand years. In a way, by standing in the Lok Sabha, Modi set the tone of BJP’s campaign and drew a long line for the opposition parties. There was tremendous confidence in Modi’s speech.

Normally Modi does not talk about seats like this but opposition parties repeatedly say that we will come together and defeat Modi this time. Modi replied to the same. Modi answered every question of the opposition. One allegation of the leaders of the anti-Modi alliance is that Modi used CBI and ED against the leaders of the opposition parties and intimidated them. On Monday also Hemant Soren and Kejriwal made the same allegation. Modi clearly said that no matter what anyone says, he will continue to take action against those looting the country. He also counted how much property has been confiscated by ED in the last 10 years and how much property was confiscated during the 10 years of UPA government’s rule, showing how much whiter my shirt is than your shirt.

Modi also showed the opposition parties a mirror on the allegation of unemployment. He gave examples and explained that in the last 10 years, the way his government has worked on infrastructure, ports, airports, Make in India, provided assistance directly to people’s accounts under Mudra Yojana, all this has created employment. New opportunities have arisen and these will increase manifold in the coming days. Modi reminded of the time when the song ‘Mahangai Maar Gayi’ from Manoj Kumar’s film ‘Roti Kapda Aur Makaan’ was a huge hit. Modi gave figures to explain what was the condition of inflation during the earlier Congress era. When people called it witch inflation. And now how has their government kept the prices under control. Modi said that many countries around the world are in bad shape after facing two wars and a terrible epidemic like Corona, but in our country the prices of essential commodities are under control. And very soon we will become the third largest economy in the world. Overall, it can be said that Modi has told his party what to say to the people for the upcoming elections. (Rajat Sharma)
