Congress concluded Rahul Gandhi’s visit in Mumbai, held a big rally in Shivaji Park on Sunday 17 March, called all the leaders of the anti-Modi front on one stage but things went wrong due to Rahul’s affair. Rahul said that “There is one word in Hindu religion – Shakti, we are fighting against that power”. On Monday, this mistake of Rahul cost Congress dearly. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that now the aim of Indi Alliance has become clear, their aim is to destroy the power of Sanatan. Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in the rallies of Telangana and Karnataka that now Indi Alliance has made it clear that they are against Shakti, their fight is not with Modi but with Shakti, they are against Hindu religion and Sanatan, and this is now The whole country has come to know. Modi said that Indi Alliance has announced the elimination of Shakti, he accepts this challenge because he sees the form of Shakti in every mother, every daughter, every sister and will sacrifice his life to protect them. In Shivamogga, Karnataka, Modi once again mentioned Rahul Gandhi’s statement. Modi said that whatever was said in Shivaji Park would have deeply hurt the soul of Balasaheb Thackeray. Modi said that his government always made policies keeping in mind women power, that is why people consider women as silent voters of BJP, but the truth is that women are not voters for them, they are a form of power, a security shield.

Seeing Modi’s stance, Congress understood that Rahul’s statement could prove costly in the elections, hence all the leaders started giving clarification. But when this did not work out, Rahul also had to give clarification. Rahul did not come in front of the camera, but he tried to justify his statement by writing a long post on social media. Rahul wrote – “Modi ji does not like my words, he always tries to change their meaning by twisting them in some way or the other because he knows that I have spoken a deep truth. The power that I mentioned, the power that we are fighting, is the mask of that power, Modi ji. It is such a power that today has captured India’s voice, India’s institutions, CBI, IT, ED, Election Commission, media, Indian industry and the entire constitutional structure of India in its clutches. Narendra Modi, a slave of the same power, imposes GST on the poor of the country, without controlling inflation, he auctions the country’s property to increase that power. I recognize that power, Narendra Modi ji also recognizes that power, it is not a religious power of any kind, it is the power of unrighteousness, corruption and untruth. That’s why whenever I raise my voice against him, Modi ji and his machine of lies get upset and enraged.”

Rahul Gandhi is now giving clarification, but on Sunday he had said the same thing in the rally in Mumbai – “There is one word in Hindu religion – Shakti, we are fighting against the same Shakti”. Only after this statement, Congress leaders understood that Rahul had once again scored a “self goal”, hence efforts were made since the morning to provide clarification on this matter. Statements came from many Congress leaders who tried to explain that Rahul Gandhi had attacked demonic powers and BJP misinterpreted it. Digvijay Singh said that there are two types of powers – demonic powers and divine powers. Rahul Gandhi is with divine powers and fighting against demonic powers, what is wrong in that? Acharya Pramod Krishnam, who left Congress recently, said that Rahul Gandhi himself does not know what he is saying, why he is saying it? They are handed a script, which they read and then say anything, but now they have to clarify whether their fight is with BJP or Hindu religion.

Every few days, Rahul Gandhi says something that even his party members get upset. All the energy goes into cleaning and whitewashing. A Congress leader was asking, what to do? If Rahul ji bowls a full toss, Modi ji will definitely hit a sixer. Sometimes the watchman is a thief, sometimes Modi does not have a family, sometimes we are fighting with Hindu power, these are the things which give opportunities to Modi and Modi is a tremendous campaigner. He does not leave any chance and the biggest thing is that in South India where Congress believes its dominance, where BJP does not get many seats, there is a huge turnout to see and hear Modi on the streets of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Karnataka. The crowd is coming. (Rajat Sharma)
