Ranchi: Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has received a big blow from the Jharkhand High Court. The court has rejected his plea to end the case regarding his statement against the BJP President in 2018. In this case, the civil court had issued summons to Rahul Gandhi. After receiving the summons from the civil court, Rahul Gandhi had filed a petition in the High Court to end the case.
Actually, Rahul Gandhi had given a statement against the then BJP President Amit Shah in 2018. A case in this regard was going on in the lower court of Ranchi. After receiving the summons from the civil court, Rahul Gandhi filed a petition in the Ranchi High Court to end the case. But there too he was disappointed. Ranchi High Court has rejected Rahul Gandhi’s petition.
