ISRO will create history on the first day of the year

Thiruvananthapuram: ISRO is ready to create a new history on the first day of the new year, 1 January 2024. Today at 9.10 am, ISRO will send PSLV-C58/XPoSat into space, through which the mystery of space and black holes can be explored. Regarding this mission, former ISRO Chairman G Madhavan Nair said, “The 60th launch of the workhorse, PSLV, will take place on this day (January 1, 2024). Most of its missions have been successfully completed… This rocket system is expected to be a vital component in the global scenario. It has evolved as one of the most reliable and cost effective in the U.S. Its track record shows that the success rate is more than 95%.

He said that as far as launch systems are concerned, it is more than the global standard. This launch is an important scientific mission which will have an observational system to observe fundamental phenomena associated with galaxies, black holes, dying stars. This will throw light on the origin of the universe. This additional capacity is being used to carry several small satellites. On this occasion, I wish ISRO a great year ahead with the launch of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle.

(PSLV) on January 1, 2024..The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is all set to welcome the New Year on Monday with the launch of the first X-ray Polarimeter satellite (XPoSAT) which will unravel the mysteries of celestial formations like black holes.

The lifetime of this mission is five years


 

According to the information, the lifespan of this mission will be about five years. The Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV)-C58 rocket on its 60th mission will carry the key payload ‘XPoSAT’ and 10 other satellites which will be placed in low Earth orbits.

XPoSAT will be launched this morning

The launch will take place at 9.10 am on the first day of the new year from the space center located about 135 km east of Chennai. Earlier, the 25-hour countdown for the launch has started on Sunday. ISRO sources said, “The countdown for PSLV-C58 started at 8.10 am today.” Will help in studying the mysterious world.
