Important meeting of UP BJP.
The dates for Lok Sabha elections 2024 have been announced. All political parties have started their preparations in full swing. All the political parties including BJP-Congress are now announcing their candidates one by one. Now in the same sequence, BJP has also called a meeting of the core group of the party’s UP unit in the capital Delhi. It is believed that after this meeting the party can announce many new candidates for UP.
Announcement of 25 candidates possible
It is believed that in the meeting to be held in Delhi, BJP can announce candidates for the remaining 25 seats of UP. On March 2, BJP had released its first list of 51 candidates for Uttar Pradesh. In this list, names of many leaders like PM Modi, Rajnath Singh including Mahesh Sharma, actress Hema Malini, Ravi Kishan, Dinesh Lal Yadav Nirahua, Union Minister Smriti Irani, Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti, Ravi Kishan were there.
When are the elections in Uttar Pradesh?
The Election Commission has announced the dates for the Lok Sabha elections 2024. These elections will be held in 7 phases in Uttar Pradesh. The Election Commission has said that the first phase of voting for the Lok Sabha elections will take place from April 19. The seventh phase of voting will take place on June 1. The results will come on June 4.
