Who are the new faces in the second list? BJP fields 5 new candidates on 7 seats in Gujarat – India TV Hindi

BJP Candidate 2nd List: In view of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday released the second list of 72 candidates. BJP has announced candidates in the first list for 5 out of 7 Lok Sabha seats in the capital Delhi. BJP has also announced the names of candidates for the remaining two seats. BJP has canceled the tickets of sitting MPs on these two seats. The party has fielded Harsh Malhotra from East Delhi and Yogendra Chandolia from North West Delhi. In the first list, the party canceled the tickets of four sitting MPs and fielded new candidates. Only Manoj Tiwari was repeated. In Delhi, BJP has given chance to new faces on 6 out of 7 seats.

Candidates declared for the seats of these states

In the second list, BJP has 7 candidates from Gujarat, 2 from Delhi, 6 from Haryana, 2 from Himachal Pradesh, 20 from Karnataka, 5 from Madhya Pradesh, 2 from Uttarakhand, 20 from Maharashtra, 06 from Telangana, 1 from Tripura and 1 from Dadra and Names of 1 candidate have been announced from Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu. Talking about Gujarat, five out of seven new candidates from Gujarat have been given tickets.

Chance for new faces on 5 out of 7 seats in Gujarat

The five new faces who have been fielded in Gujarat are Mukesh Dalal from Surat, Nimben Babhaniya from Bhavnagar, Bhikhaji Thakor from Sabarkantha, Jashubhai Rathwa from Chhota Udaipur and Dhawal Patel from Valsad. At the same time, confidence has been reposed in Hasmukh Patel from Ahmedabad and Ranjanben Bhatt from Vadodara.

Sunita Duggal’s ticket cut from Sirsa, Haryana

After the death of sitting MP Ratanlal Kataria in Ambala, Haryana, his wife Banto Kataria was given a ticket by his own family. Sirsa’s big political face Ashok Tanwar, who was first in Congress and then joined BJP after joining Aam Aadmi Party, was fielded in the election by cutting the ticket of sitting MP Sunita Duggal. Once again trust was expressed on Dharamveer, the sitting MP from Bhiwani-Mahendragarh. Rao Inderjit Singh from Gurgaon and Krishna Pal Gurjar from Faridabad were repeated.
