During his address, Prime Minister Modi praised Odisha Chief Minister Patnaik calling him a popular Chief Minister. In response, Chief Minister Patnaik also praised the role of PM Modi in India’s economic development. Naveen Patnaik clearly said that the country has moved forward due to the changes of the Prime Minister. The PM also remembered former Odisha Chief Minister and late leader Biju Patnaik and paid tribute to him on his 108th birth anniversary.
