Pour 1 teaspoon oil in a pan and add coarsely ground cumin and black pepper powder to it. When it gets lightly roasted, then add finely chopped broccoli and mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes. Now add about 2 cups of water in it and add salt as per taste, cover it and cook until the mushrooms and broccoli are cooked well. When it is completely cooked, turn off the gas. Then garnish it with green coriander leaves and a pinch of black pepper and serve it hot.
