  • 2 onions

  • 2 teaspoons mustard oil
  • 2 garlic
  • half teaspoon red chilli powder
  • half teaspoon turmeric
  • half teaspoon garam masala
  • salt to taste

How to make Asafoetida Dahi Tadka

To make Asafoetida Dahi Tadka, first of all take 4 cups of curd in a big vessel. Now beat the curd well. If you want, you can put the curd in a grinder jar and blade it well. After beating the curd, add 2 cups of water to it. Now turn on the gas and place the pan on it. When the pan becomes hot, add 2 spoons of mustard oil in it. When the oil becomes slightly hot, add half teaspoon cumin, 2 finely chopped chillies, garlic pieces and less than half teaspoon asafoetida in the oil.

After a few seconds, now add 2 big sized chopped onions in it. Now fry the onion until it turns golden.
