-Gram flour pakoda

To make gram flour pakoda, first take some gram flour, cut some onion, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves into small pieces and mix it. Then add turmeric, salt, black pepper powder, celery, red chili and coriander powder to it. Add a little baking powder and add water little by little and blend everything. When it is well blended, touch the batter. It should not be thin but should be slightly thick. Leave this batter like this till you make the curry.

-Onion Pakoda

For onion pakoda, chop the onion. Then chop green chillies and coriander leaves and mix them. Then add turmeric, salt, black pepper powder, celery, red chili and coriander powder to it. Add a little baking powder and mash everything by adding water little by little. Now make pakodas with whatever batter you have prepared for pakodas. For this, add mustard oil in the pan. Let it heat up. Then add pakodas to it and fry it gently. Fry it and keep it aside in baking paper.

2. Recipe to make Kadhi

Now you have to prepare to make kadhi.
-For this, chop 1 small onion, 4 red chillies, a little ginger and garlic and keep them aside.
-Then add gram flour in a bowl and mix sour curd in it.
-Now put the pan on the gas and add fennel, mustard, coriander seeds, celery, cumin and a little fenugreek.
-Now add curry leaves and red chilli.
-After this add onion, ginger and garlic.
-Add turmeric, coriander and red chilli powder.
-Cook everything thoroughly.
-Now add gram flour with sour curd in it.
-Add salt and add Kasoori Methi.
-Now cook them on low flame.
-When it starts cooking, add pakodas to it. Add more curd if you feel the need.
-Cook everything well and then turn off the gas.
