How to make potato chips without boiling

  • First of all, peel the potatoes and put them in water as soon as they are peeled.

  • You have to take big sized potatoes, this will cook the chips well.

  • Now to make potato chips, take the mold i.e. the grate which is used to make potato chips.

  • Now take out the potatoes from the water and prepare potato chips using a chip mold.

  • Now dip the chips well in water and prepare all the chips.

  • Now pour water in a bowl and add salt in it. Now put all the chips in other water.

  • You have to change the potato water at least twice so that the starch is completely removed.

  • Now drain the water completely from the potato slices by putting them in a strainer.

  • Take a thick cotton cloth and put all the potato slices on it.

  • Now place a layer of cloth on top and press it to let all the moisture out of the potato.

  • Now spread the raw potato chips and keep them in the fan for 5-7 minutes.

  • Now heat oil and put 7-8 chips in it. Heat the oil well and then fry the chips on medium flame.

  • Fry all the chips in the same manner and sprinkle salt on top.

  • You can also add black pepper, rock salt and roasted cumin in it. Due to which it can be eaten even during fasting.
