PM Modi also eats Moringa, have you ever eaten such a vegetable made from drumstick beans – India TV Hindi

Moringa i.e. Drumstick is kept on the top in the list of superfoods. From drumstick leaves to pods and seeds, all are extremely beneficial. Drumstick is used to control diabetes and strengthen immunity. PM Modi also uses Moringa in his food. Its leaves are chewed or dried and then made into powder and consumed. Vegetables are also made from Moringa beans. Moringa i.e. drumstick vegetable is called a treasure of nutrients. Be it bone pain or digestive problems, you will get relief by eating this vegetable. If you want to make Moringa vegetable then definitely try this recipe.

Ingredients to make Moringa curry

To make Moringa curry, you will need 5-6 pods. Apart from this, you will need 2 potatoes, 1-2 tomatoes, 1 onion, some ginger garlic paste to add to the vegetable. Dry spices include 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, oil, salt and green coriander for garnishing.

Moringa vegetable recipe

  1. First of all, peel and wash the Moringa beans and cut them into long pieces or pieces like lady’s finger.
  2. Now peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and make a big incision on the tomatoes.
  3. Take a cooker, add potatoes, tomatoes, moringa pods, water and salt and keep it to boil.
  4. Let the cooker whistle for 2-3 whistles and then turn off the gas and cook the masala till the cooker opens.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and then add ginger garlic paste.
  6. When it becomes light brown, add 1 finely chopped onion, you can also make onion paste.
  7. Now add all the spices like turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli and fry the spices in oil for some time.
  8. Now open the cooker and put the tomatoes in the onion masala and fry.
  9. When all the spices are roasted, add potatoes and drumstick beans along with water completely.
  10. You can also cut the potatoes into small pieces. Now add salt to the vegetable and turn it off once it starts boiling.
  11. Add ground coriander to the vegetable and the tasty and nutritious Moringa vegetable is ready.
  12. You will enjoy eating it with roti or paratha.

Even carrot halwa will fail in comparison to the taste of this barfi, it can be eaten even during Shivratri fast.
