To make smoothie of oats and chia seeds, first wash 2 tablespoons of oats and then soak them overnight. After that soak 1 tablespoon chia seeds. Now in the morning add soaked oats and chia seeds in the grinder jar. Also add 4 to 5 dates, 1 teaspoon flax seeds, half chopped apple, 8 to 10 soaked almonds in this grinder jar.
