Ingredients to make Makhana Dosa

  1. 1 cup makhana
  2. 2/3 cup semolina
  3. 1/2 cup poha
  4. Salt – as per taste
  5. 1 cup water
  6. 3 tbsp curd
  7. Oil – as per requirement

Makhana Dosa Recipe

To make Makhana Dosa, first take the Makhanas and soak them in water for 15-20 minutes. After the stipulated time, remove the Makhanas from the water. Now add soaked 1/2 cup poha and 2/3 cup semolina. Now put all these ingredients in a mixer jar. Add green chillies, 3 tablespoons curd, green coriander, black pepper and salt as per taste and add a little water. After this, blend this mixture and prepare the solution. Now Put this solution in a vessel and add half spoon of ghee and baking soda in it and beat it well for 1 minute. After this, cover the solution and keep it for 10 minutes. Now take a nonstick pan and heat it on medium flame. .Meanwhile, beat the makhana solution once again. When the pan is hot, pour the makhana batter from the bowl onto the pan and then spread it like a dosa and bake it. Bake it until its color turns golden brown. After this, fold it and take it out in a plate. Similarly, spread the entire batter. Prepare the dosa. Your Makhana Dosa is ready. Eat it with tomato chutney.
