Ingredients for making Anjeer laddu
Figs about 200 grams
half cup almonds
half cup cashew nuts
half cup walnuts
half spoon cardamom powder
Less than 1/2 cup pistachios
Anjeer ke laddu recipe
- First of all, soak the figs in water and clean them. Now cut the figs into fine pieces.
- Chop all the dry fruits finely or crush them in a mixer.
- Take 2 spoons of desi ghee in a pan and add chopped fig pieces in it.
- The chopped pieces of figs should be around 2 cups.
- When the figs become hot and soft, mash them in the pan with the help of a masher.
- The figs have to be prepared by mashing them into a paste. Now add chopped dry fruits to it.
- Now mix all the dry fruits well with the figs on low flame.
- Add cardamom and mix everything well with a wooden masher.
- Now take out the prepared spices in a plate and make laddus by applying light ghee on your hands.
- Prepare all the medium sized laddus and store them in an airtight jar.
- You can eat these sugar free laddus even in diabetes. These laddus will not spoil for 15 days.
