Benefits of applying curd on hair

To overcome the deficiency of Vitamin C and also to fulfill the deficiency of Vitamin B, curd should be eaten. Curd contains adequate amount of carbohydrate. Rich in so many vitamins and minerals, curd works wonders on hair too. The fat found in curd can bring back the lost shine of hair. However, while applying curd on hair, you must know what to mix in it.

Often people apply curd on hair. This removes the problem of dry scalp. Applying curd on hair removes dandruff. If the hair is becoming very rough and lifeless then curd should be used. If you want to reduce hair breakage then make a hair pack of curd and apply it.

Keep the curd hair pack on for about 45 minutes to 1 hour and cover the hair with a shower cap in summers. After the time is over, wash the hair with a mild shampoo.

How many times a week should you use it?

Use curd in this manner at least twice a week. With this your hair will become very soft and silky in a few days. When hair remains smooth, hairfall will also reduce. Using curd on the hair in this way will also provide complete nutrition to the hair.

Basil leaves are also beneficial for hair, apply them mixed with oil or add them to water.
