Waist fat will disappear within a month, do this exercise daily for a curvy figure.

Due to bad lifestyle and eating habits, weight increases rapidly. Ultimately, fat accumulates most quickly on the stomach and waist. The area where fat increases on the waist is side fat i.e. love handles. This happens when you eat food with high calories and do not do any physical activity. If you are gaining weight rapidly on the sides of your body, then do some exercises at home. For working people, there is neither any hassle of going to gym nor wastage of time. You can do this exercise in just a few minutes. Let us know which exercise should be done to reduce side fat.

Exercise to reduce side fat

  1. Russian twist- While doing Russian twist the body has to be completely bent. This reduces side fat rapidly. With this exercise, fat starts melting and the fat accumulated in the sides starts reducing. To do Russian Twist, spread a mat and sit tall on the floor with your knees bent and feet close to the ground. Now hold the medicine ball with your hands and it should be at chest height. Lean back slightly and hold the head at a 45 degree angle. Keep the arms slightly away from the chest and turn the ball to the right and left. You have to do this at least 20 times.
  2. Walk up the stairs- Climbing stairs is the best workout. This reduces the weight of the entire body. When you climb stairs, the side fat i.e. abdominal muscles get stressed. This reduces love handles. A person must climb at least 100 stairs a day.
  3. Side Plank- Doing side fat reduces side weight faster. This reduces side fat and strengthens the spine. It is effective in reducing fat on back, stomach and arms. For this, lie down on the mat and come into the plank position on your side, balance yourself and lift your left leg and hand from the side into the air, making a star shape. Hold this position for 10 seconds. You must do this at least 15 times.
  4. Touch the feet with fingers- Touch your feet with your fingers to reduce love handles. This will emphasize the sides and reduce side fat. For this, spread a mat on the ground and sit. Now turn your left leg inward and extend your right leg in front of you. Try to touch the toe of the right foot with the right hand. You have to do this exercise for 10 minutes.
  5. Walk or running- To keep your entire body fit, you must walk or run daily. If you want, you can work out on the treadmill. For this, run at a speed of 8 to 10 for at least 15 minutes. If you are walking then walk a little faster. You must walk daily for 45 minutes i.e. about 5 kilometers.
