How to make sugar free gujiya

-To make this, first fry almonds, cashews, pistachios and makhana. And then grind it and keep it.
-Now grind the dates.
-Put ghee in a pan, add all the grinded dry fruits and also add the dates that you have grinded.
-Now add cardamom and cinnamon powder to it, mix everything. Now take out this stuffing in a plate and keep it aside.
-Now add a little ghee and baking soda to the multigrain flour and prepare it by kneading it like normal flour.
