How To Do Jumping Jack

Jumping jacks are very easy to do. For this you have to stand straight and maintain a slight gap between the legs. Now spread the legs out and take the hands upwards and bring them above the head and join them. Now the legs have to be brought back to the joining position and the hands have to be brought down to the careful position. Do this exercise initially for 2-3 minutes. When you become expert in doing jumping jacks, try doing it 100 times at a time. You have to do at least 3 sets of 100-100.
