Curd Sholay: Have you ever eaten curd sholay? If not then you should eat because after this you will not want to eat any other snacks. But today we will tell you how to make it at home. Actually, you can prepare and eat this for breakfast or even as an evening snack. It is very cheesy and tasty. To make it you just need a few things and then you can make it at home in no time. So, let us know the recipe of Dahi Sholay which you can easily follow.

Things to make curd sholay

-Curd

-Cheese
-Carrot
-Shimla
-Green chilly
-Coriander
-Green chilly
-Bread
-Cheese Butter
– Fine flour
-Oil
-black pepper
-Salt

Even carrot halwa will fail in comparison to the taste of this barfi, it can be eaten even during Shivratri fast.

How to make curd sholay

-To make curd sholay, first cut carrots, capsicum, green chillies and coriander leaves into small pieces.
Then all you have to do is mash the cheese and mix all these things in it.
-Grind black pepper and mix it.
-Add some salt.
-Now mix flour in a small bowl and keep it.
-Now take bread and roll it a little. Apply cheese butter in it.
-Put mashed spices on top of it.
-Cut off the corners of the bread and apply flour on its sides.
-Now wrap this bread and stick the corners.
-Make sure the corners are glued well.
-Now add oil to the pan and fry it.
-Your curd sholay is ready.

You can serve this curd sholay with raita and then green chutney which will further enhance its taste. So, if you have never tried curd then definitely eat it after Sholay.
