Arshdeep Singh snatched the victory from the jaws of Australia, thus created chaos in the last over

India vs Australia 5th T20: The Indian team defeated Australia by 6 wickets in a thrilling match. With this victory, Team India has won the series 4-1. Indian bowlers performed amazingly in the fifth T20 match. In the match, Australia captain Matthew Wade won the toss and decided to bowl first. India gave Australia a target of 161 runs to win, in response to which Australia could only score 154 runs. Arshdeep Singh bowled brilliantly in the last over.

Arshdeep Singh did wonders

Australia needed 10 runs to win in the last over. It seemed that Australia would easily win the match. Then Arshdeep Singh bowled amazingly in the last over. He did not give any runs on his first two balls. After this, on the third ball, he showed the way to the pavilion to Australian captain Matthew Wade. After Wade’s dismissal, Australia had to score 10 runs in the last three balls. But Arshdeep had decided to do something else. He gave just 3 runs in the last three balls and thus snatched the victory from the jaws of Australia. He took 2 wickets for 40 runs in 4 overs of the match.

India won the match

Team India batted first and scored 160 runs. India did not have a good start. When opener Ruturaj Gaikwad was out after scoring just 10 runs. Shreyas Iyer scored a half-century for India. He played an inning of 53 runs. Jitesh Sharma contributed 24 runs and Akshar Patel contributed 31 runs. It is because of these players that Team India was able to reach a respectable score.

Akshar Patel showed his strength

The bowlers performed amazingly for India. Akshar Patel took 1 wicket for 14 runs in 4 overs. He proved to be quite economical. He scored runs while batting. For this reason he was given the Player of the Match award. Apart from this, Mukesh Kumar took 3 wickets for 32 runs in 4 overs. Arshdeep Singh and Ravi Bishnoi took two wickets each in the match.
