BCCI Player Of The Year 2023: The annual awards of the Board of Control for Cricket in India have been announced. All the star players of Team India participated in this ceremony organized in Hyderabad. The BCCI Player of the Year award for the year 2023 was named after a young batsman. This player won this award by defeating Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.

During these 12 months, he became the fastest player to score two thousand runs in ODIs and also scored five centuries in ODIs. He played century innings in all three formats last year.

Whereas, in T20, Gill scored 312 runs at an average of 26.00.
