This player will play in the county championship

Indian batsman Karun Nair will play for Northamptonshire again in the English County Championship this season. 32 year old Nair will play seven county matches for this team. Last season, he scored 78, 150 and 21 runs in the last three matches in Division One. However, the team has slipped to Division Two this year.

Karun Nair’s big statement on joining Northamptonshire

He scored 303 runs against England in Chennai in 2016 and became the second Indian batsman after Virender Sehwag to score a triple century in Tests.
