IPL 2023 Gujarat Titans Full Squad : Gujarat Titans, earlier known as Hardik Pandya, is now known as Shubman Gill. After Hardik Pandya going back to Mumbai Indians, Shubman Gill will now be seen taking charge of the team from next year. Today, when the mini auction was held for IPL 2024, GT was the team which first completed its squad of 25 players. Even after this the team still has a lot of money left. The team bought only 8 players in today’s auction. The most expensive player in this was bought for Rs 10 crore. From this it can be understood how the head coach of the team and the rest of the management conducted a brilliant auction and completed their team.
Spenceon Johnson is the most expensive player of Gujarat Titans this year.
Gujarat Titans bet on Spencer Johnson as the most expensive player in today’s auction and got him in their fold for Rs 10 crore. Today the second most expensive player of the team was Shahrukh Khan, on whom the team spent Rs 7.40 crore. He will be seen playing the role of finisher in place of Hardik Pandya. Team India has also bought fast bowler Umesh Yadav for Rs 5.80 crore. The team spent Rs 2.20 crore on Sushant Mishra. The team spent only Rs 60 lakh on fast bowler Karthik Tyagi.
The team still has Rs 7.80 crore left.
The team got Rs 50 lakh on Azmatullah Omarzai in this year’s auction and Rs 20 lakh on Manav Suttar in the base price itself. GT completed its 25 players even before the last round was completed. In this, the slots of eight foreign players were also filled. However, the team still has Rs 7.80 crore left. That means the entire auction was played very intelligently.
