Currently, Bhagwat Chandrashekhar tops the list with 95 wickets in 38 innings and has the feat of taking eight five-wicket hauls.

James Anderson tops the list in terms of taking most wickets in India vs England Test matches. So far, he has taken 139 wickets in 66 innings with seven four-wicket hauls and six five-wicket hauls.
