The decision to keep Kuldeep Yadav out was difficult. We thought about it a lot. Axar has performed well whenever he has played and bats really well in these conditions. Last time when we played against Australia, he scored very well. That’s why we went with letters. Kuldeep has so far taken 34 wickets in 8 test matches for the Indian team.
