With the help of in-form Phoebe Lichfield’s century and her big century partnership for the first wicket with captain Alyssa Healy, Australia scored a record score of 338 runs for 7 wickets while batting first in the third ODI against India. In response, the Indian team was out for 148 runs in 32.4 overs.

Lichfield played an excellent inning of 119 runs in 125 balls with the help of 16 fours and one six, while Healy scored 82 runs in 85 balls which included four fours and three sixes. Both of them proved the decision of batting first by winning the toss and making a partnership of 189 runs for the first wicket. Whereas, for India, opening batsman Smriti Mandhana scored the maximum 29 runs. Earlier, in the first match of the series, Australia had won by 6 wickets. At the same time, in the second ODI, Team India had to face defeat by just 3 runs.
