T20 World Cup 2024: T20 World Cup 2024 is to be organized in America and West Indies. 18 teams have qualified for this. Two teams will qualify by playing Africa Region. Till now, West Indies and England have won the T20 World Cup the most number of times. Both the teams have won this trophy twice. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Australia have won this trophy once each. Now, even before next year’s T20 World Cup, former India coach Ravi Shastri has made a big prediction.

Ravi Shastri said this

Former Indian coach Ravi Shastri said that nothing comes easily. Even the great Sachin Tendulkar had to wait for six World Cups to win a World Cup. You don’t win the World Cup easily. To win a World Cup you have to work very hard. Have to perform well on that big day (final). Once you reach the final, it doesn’t matter what you have done earlier in the tournament.

Once you cross the initial hurdle, there are only top four teams and you have to do well in the last two matches. If your performance is good in those two matches then you become champion. Australia did the same. They lost their first two matches, but they did well when they needed to do well.

Former coach gave this advice

Former Indian player Ravi Shastri said that India has many young players for the upcoming T20 World Cup. The T20 World Cup will be held in America and West Indies from June 4. It probably won’t be easy in the ODI format because you will have to re-form the team. But India will present a serious challenge in T20 cricket (World Cup). The main players of the team have been identified and now your focus should be on the shorter format of the game.
