Mexico City: Four people have died tragically in a plane crash in Mexico on Friday. According to reports, this incident of plane crash happened in Ramos Arizpe, a city in Coahuila state of northern Mexico. Local civil aviation officials confirmed the incident and said that four people, including the pilot, lost their lives when a light plane crashed near Saltillo Airport. It is being told that the plane had run out of fuel, after which it crashed just 200 meters from the runway.

The pilot had said this before the accident

A total of four people were on board the Piper PA-46 plane, which was made in America and took off from the border city of Matamoros, Tamaulipas in northern Mexico for Coahuila. According to local authorities, the accident occurred just after noon when the pilot of the plane requested help from Ramos Arizpe Airport for landing. The plane then fell from a height of about 200 meters near the runway of Saltillo Airport. It is being told that just before the crash, the pilot had said that his plane had run out of fuel.

Strong winds can also be a reason for a crash

According to local media, apart from pilot Antonio Avila, the dead include three women. These days the identities are Adriana Garza Ibarra, Rosario Garza Ibarra and Hilda Garza Ibarra. All these women came from America. According to reports, this single engine plane took off from Brownsville, Texas before stopping in Matamoros. Let us tell you that both these cities are located across the US-Mexico border. It is being told that apart from fuel, strong winds may also have played an important role in the plane’s accident. This aircraft was registered in the name of a company based in Toluca, Mexico State.
