Imran Khan News: Imran Khan has been in jail for a long time. Despite this, their problems do not seem to be decreasing. In the recent elections, candidates of Imran’s party contested the elections as independent candidates and won the highest number of elections i.e. more than 100. Independents contested because the party had asked for the ‘cricket bat’ election symbol, which was not received. Meanwhile, Bilawal and Nawaz Sharif’s party formed the government together in alliance. Imran Khan alleged rigging in the elections. Even America asked for an investigation, but nothing happened. Now the troubles of Imran Khan’s party are continuously increasing. According to the information, arrest warrant has been issued against the leaders of Imran Khan’s party in the May 9 case.

Non-bailable warrant issued

According to the information, an anti-terrorism court of Pakistan on Tuesday issued a non-bailable case against Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and other leaders of jailed former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s party in a case related to the violence that took place on May 9 last year. Arrest warrants issued.

Instructions to appear in court on April 2

Rawalpindi-based anti-terrorism court judge Malik Ijaz Asif acted on the basis of a case filed against Gandapur and ordered officials to produce the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister along with others before the court on April 2.

Arrest warrants issued against these leaders

Violent protests broke out on May 9 after Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party chief Khan was arrested by paramilitary Rangers from the premises of the Islamabad High Court in an alleged corruption case. Other PTI leaders for whom arrest warrants have been issued include Murad Saeed, Shibli Faraz, Shahbaz Gill, retired Lieutenant Colonel Shabbir Awan, Shireen Mazari, Mussarat Jamshed Cheema and Saad Jameel Abbasi.

On the other hand, Imran Khan’s party is continuously adopting an attacking stance against the Shahbaz government by accusing it of election rigging. Because even though the candidates of Imran’s party contested the elections as independent candidates, most of the candidates who were supporters of Imran won. Despite this, the pain of not getting power remains.

Imran’s party will go to Supreme Court

It is noteworthy that Imran Khan’s party announced that after a court rejected the petition of Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) challenging the Election Commission’s decision to allot the seats reserved for it in the national and provincial assemblies to other parties. Later she will approach the Supreme Court. Imran Khan’s PTI was dealt a blow when the Peshawar High Court, while hearing the SIC petition on Thursday, unanimously rejected it.
